Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book classes?

We use Gymcatch to manage all packages, memberships, and class bookings. Just head to the bookings link to be taken directly to our booking page.

From there, you can either purchase a class package or sign up for a monthly membership. Once you’ve done that, your credits will automatically appear in your account and you’ll be able to view the timetable and book onto your chosen class.

Before attending, please make sure you’ve completed the waiver form, had a read through our T&Cs, and don’t forget to bring your grippy socks with you to class.

Who can attend our classes?

Everyone is welcome at our classes, whether it’s your very first time or you’ve been attending classes for years. All of our sessions are designed to be accessible and adaptable, with options and progressions offered so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

If you’re feeling nervous about your first class, don’t worry, that’s completely normal. Our instructors are friendly, supportive, and will guide you through everything, helping you feel comfortable and confident from the moment you arrive.

The minimum age to attend classes alone is 16 years old, but we are happy to welcome 14 and 15 year olds if accompanied by an adult.

What class levels do we offer?

We offer a range of Reformer Pilates classes designed to suit different experience levels and needs:

Beginner Reformer

Perfect if you’re new or getting back into Reformer Pilates.

Intermediate Reformer

For those ready to progress with more challenging movements.

Mixed Reformer

Suitable for all levels, with options for beginners and advanced clients.

Private Sessions

1:1 or 2:1 personalised Reformer Pilates for tailored support and faster progress.

Can I make changes to my bookings?

Of course - life happens! You can cancel or make changes to your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time, and your credit will be automatically refunded to your account, ready to use for another class.

Can I book onto a class after the bookings have closed?

Yes, absolutely. If bookings have closed (8 hours before the class starts) and you’d still like to attend, just drop us a message and we’ll see if there’s space to add you in.

Is there parking available at the studio?

Yes! There is plenty of free onsite parking available.

Do I need to bring anything with me to classes?

All clients will need to wear grippy socks during classes. These can be purchased at the studio if needed. We are proud to stock high quality elliosa socks and have a gorgeous selection of designs available! Whether you’re new to reformer, you’ve forgotten yours or just fancy a new pair. Ask your instructor for help when you arrive. All socks are charged at £10 each (RRP £17).
