About Our Classes

Our Reformer Pilates classes are intentionally limited to just five clients per session - not for exclusivity, but for quality. Smaller class sizes allow us to focus on what truly matters: your technique, your safety and your results.

With more individual attention, we’re able to offer hands-on correction, personalised guidance and tailored progressions that help you activate your core properly and move with confidence. You’ll never feel lost in the room or unsure if you’re doing it right - every session is closely coached in a calm, welcoming and non-intimidating environment.
